All i really wanted was to just to look good in clothes and not feel guilty after putting food in my mouth.

But coming home destroyed from the gym and starving myself every day was just not the life i wanted for myself.

Even worse was the fact that with all of my sacrifice and struggle, i was still failing at getting my body in shape even though i was doing what the so-called fitness “gurus” were telling me to do.

On top of all this, i found my health and my personal life deteriorating from the lack of energy and poor nutrition.

 

Hi, my name is Maria Wings (you can call me Maria) and if you’re anything like me, you’re probably sick of health “experts” giving you the run around.

I never understood how their “clients” saw so much success, yet when i follow the same exact plan, i got zero results.

I later learned i wasn’t doing this one major thing which i am going to teach you…
(and it made all the difference)

My main reason for wanting to get in shape in the first place was purely narcissistic.

Some people want to get healthy or more active…. I just wanted to look great in a bikini. (Is that too much for a girl to ask?)

I wanted to walk on the beach feeling confident and knowing i look great.

So i started reading blogs, forum threads, watching videos and so on…

Needless to say, i didn’t know where to start. I was overloaded with facts, stats and words i never knew existed.

Plus, all these wonderful people dispensing this information claimed they had the magical formula that would change my life.

 

So what’s this one thing that made all the difference?

Well, lets just say i lost 19 pounds in 3 weeks.

I’ll get into more detail in tomorrows post.
